Don Floriani is a licensed Real Estate professional (CA BRE #02038974) and the newest member of the Shoreline team. His area of focus is delivering superior financial structures and service to owners of Northern California commercial real estate.
Don has over 30 years’ experience in developing and serving client relationships. Prior to entering the real estate finance field he held positions in Sales, Sales Management and Operational Management. Key to his achievements in Sales has been Don’s capacity to quickly recognize a client’s specific needs and tailor solutions that quickly lead to measurable growth in efficiency and profits, for which he has won countless accolades. Serving eight years as Chief Operating Officer of a privately held corporation, he successfully navigated the day to day challenges of running an operating business and improving profitability. Putting these skill sets into practice for his clients on a daily basis, Don provides advice, advocacy and strong negotiating skills to their benefit.
Don is a lifelong native of Northern California. He is a Past President of Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary, a member of the Board of Governors of the Santa Rosa Country Club and has been a volunteer for community Youth Soccer Association, Little League Baseball and the Sebastopol Super Playground.
